I cannot begin to express how appreciative my family, and I, are of the professional and conscientious care that Rick Toto, our NHTD service coordinator, has demonstrated. Rick has been in touch with me from the very beginning of this process and continues to be. All hours of the day/night! He is extremely concerned about having everything in place for my mother’s care and goes to extraordinary lengths to make things happen. He has been a source of support to me as I try and navigate through this process of care for my mother. He has listened to concerns I’ve had regarding the aides and offered suggestions; he has gone to great lengths to make sure my mother has enough supplies in a timely fashion; he is always responsive to whatever concerns or questions I might have. Rick has been a caring and compassionate voice throughout the last 6 months and is evidenced in how easily he shares in a very human manner. Hello, I would just like to say my service coordinator,
Mr. Rick Toto, Has helped me with so many things. I was in a car accident in September 2018. I am paralyzed from my chest down. I was in a nursing home for five years. It was very difficult for me because I used to work as a nurse. Becoming affiliated with the program, Silo that help me get into my apartment after being in the nursing home for so very long connecting with Rick was Always amazing. He always responded to me in a timely fashion. I can always email him and he would try his best to find the answers to my questions. I can email him at any time of the day and I know I would get a response quickly. If I needed to call him, I could call him. And he would check on me periodically which was great. He would come and visit me in my new home sit with me make sure everything was in place that I needed if I have any questions regarding doctors if I needed to change a physician, he was always on top of it and provided me with the information that I needed.
I would like to Share if few words. My service Coordinator Richard Toto Has made my transition from a nursing home to a beautiful apartment and easy one. He definitely is someone I can reach out to at any time with any type of question. Rick is always able to allow me to express my opinions about things and ask many questions. He always guides me towards the right direction. I appreciate his help always. I appreciate that I can call him at any time, email him at any time and I always get a response Him in a timely manner. Rick visit me in my new apartment periodically to make sure everything is going smoothly. He will come here check things out make sure I have all the things that I need. I had my car accident in September 2018. I am a nurse I ended up at the nursing home that I used to work at A very hard transition for me. I knew a lot of people. I had a tracheostomy and a G-tube, which has been removed. And with the help of Silo I have my motorized wheelchair. I live now in a beautiful apartment and I have aids24/7 I very much appreciate the help that has been given to me
