I cannot begin to express how appreciative my family, and I, are of the professional and conscientious care that Rick Toto, our NHTD service coordinator, has demonstrated. Rick has been in touch with me from the very beginning of this process and continues to be. All hours of the day/night! He is extremely concerned about having everything in place for my mother’s care and goes to extraordinary lengths to make things happen. He has been a source of support to me as I try and navigate through this process of care for my mother. He has listened to concerns I’ve had regarding the aides and offered suggestions; he has gone to great lengths to make sure my mother has enough supplies in a timely fashion; he is always responsive to whatever concerns or questions I might have. Rick has been a caring and compassionate voice throughout the last 6 months and is evidenced in how easily he shares in a very human manner.
